About me

      For more than 20 years, I have focused on the FMEA method as the core instrument of project work:  DFMEA in product development,  PFMEA in process development - extended by FMEA for  logistics and first experiences with "FMEA-MSR" (Monitoring and System Response). I acquired  my expertise mainly during my time in the automotive supply industry and through participation in relevant national and international congresses. Over 2 decades I have built a large network  in the field of FMEA.

    I see the invitation in 2017 to verify the draft of the "AIAG/VDA FMEA Guideline 2019" based on a customer´s  recommendation as an award for my work. It shows that I have been able to convince and impress customers with the work I have already done up to that point.

     Due to little methodical experience many engineers already fail to choose the right focus on the relevant system levels to be analysed. Fortunatelly, I have the ability to work mentally in error modells. So I succeed on one hand in filtering out the core of what has been said from team discussions and to moderate workshops trageted by asking suitable questions. And on the other hand in generating a real benefit of the FMEA-method for my customers and thus real added value.
     
     My mission is, to lead your projects  standard-compliant, efficient and time-safing to success - also outside the automobile industry.
