FMEA workshop moderation

Structured and efficient workshops that help your team to identify and to eliminate technical risks at an early stage of project.

According the seven steps of AIAG/VDA FMEA  2019 guideline we analyze technical risks in your products and processes. We create a graphical structure of your product/process, determine the corresponding functions and thereout we derive potential failures. We link these logically across at least three levels and thus carry out an analysis of functional and failure relationships. Then we finally get to the core of the FMEA work: We identify measures to avoid failure causes and/or measures to check or test them. Resulting in ToDo-lists leading targeted project work.
In many cases, even experienced developers gain new insights into problems that were often previously unforseen. 

With the experience of several hundred FMEA moderations since end of 2002, I lead routined and targeted workshops according product or process analysis - mainly preventively. 

   Due to little methodical experience many engineers already fail to choose the right focus on the relevant system levels to be analysed. Fortunatelly, I have the ability to work mentally in error modells. So I succeed in generating a real benefit of the FMEA-method for my customers and thus real added value.
