For me, Quality is based on FMEA

Because, only when we understand

• WHAT customers really expect and
• WHY our customers exactly expect what they expect,

we are able to care delivering according their expectations!

With FMEA we

• generate clarity in our project team
• foster a common understanding within project teams 
• (and probably with regard to customer).
• organise project activities targeted
• provide a base for descission-making, where possible, where necessary.
• demonstrate the diligence we apply to our projects.

This is, why well-applied FMEA is   SO MUCH MORE   than only a tool.
