Since the end of 2002 I have been using the FMEA method. I use the knowledge gained from this period to actively guide and accompany you in the transition from reactive to preventive error management. The focus is on setting up a useful, cost-effective FMEA system in the company, including integration into the QM method landscape. We apply best-practice approaches by combining different deviation management methods such as DVP, 8D-Report, Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA, Poka Yoke or Reverse-FMEA. In addition, we reduce redundancies in deviation management and thus save time, money and capacities.
