FMEA method training

       From the first contact with the FMEA method in the form of a basic training on the procedure and goals, to mentoring in the facilitation of FMEA team workshops, up to coaching of less experienced FMEA facilitators: All this falls under the scope of method training. There are so many small, inconspicuous behaviors, procedures and tricks that can make life in and with FMEA easier - or even more difficult.
Over the last two decades, I have been able to try out many things and develop better and less suitable approaches. I am happy to pass this on and thus take the topic of "FMEA" to a new level in your company.
