FMEA work shop moderation
With the experience of several hundred FMEA facilitators since end of 2002, I lead routine and targeted discussion rounds on failure analysis - mainly preventively. Fortunately, I have the ability to work in error thought models. In this way, I succeed in filtering out the core of what is said from team discussions and working out possible reasons for deviations from the target specifications by asking suitable questions. Due to little experience in methods, many engineers already fail to choose the right focus on the relevant error levels.
Through the structured application of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in product and process development, I succeed in generating a benefit of the method for my customers and thus real added value.
