Why I do, what I do 

My strong service-oriented mindset, my empathy and respect for others, as well as my education (both technical and sports-related) enable me, to take on a coaching role for teams as a moderator.

Whether as a family father, in football or in FMEA, for me it’s always about

• carefully analysing existing situations,
• assessing situations objectively, and
• developing and recommending well-founded opportunities for improvement.

In doing so, it is important to

• observe and take into account the given conditions, as well as
• to communicate understandably, clearly and effectively.

I take great pleasure in supporting both individuals and groups on their various paths of development and growth, and in guiding them to unexpected successes.

There are so many hidden areas of weakness – often even after years of following the same approach – that a structured analysis almost always pays off.
